Thank you for your interest in Skin Care by Amanda, here’s a little background about me. I received my bachelors degree in kinesiology- health promotion and exercise science from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2003. My passion for skin care and makeup lead me to become a consultant for Clinique, which lead me to pursue a career in esthetics. I attended John Jay beauty college where I earned my esthetician's license in august 2005. Before opening my own business in April 2013, I worked in both salon and day spa settings. My top priority is making my clients feel comfortable and relaxed, whether they are receiving a facial or waxing service.

The skin care industry is constantly evolving. I strive to keep up with these trends to always offer the most up to date and effective treatments for my clients. combining relaxation and results oriented treatments is my speciality.
